Faith Community Nursing Summit
As Faith and Health collaborations continue to grow, Faith Community Nurses (FCNs) are poised to identify and address social determinants of health and contribute to overall population health improvement. This interactive course includes discussions surrounding the homeless; social isolation facing Older Adults; accessing resources; mental health issues and supportive care for caregivers; and self-care for you and your patients. This course will expand the RNs leadership capabilities in establishing & expanding existing services within a congregational community setting.
A course for Registered Nurses, Clergy, Deacons, Social Workers & those interested in providing care for church members & the community.
