Pastor Min Lee will lead our Missional and Pioneer Leadership Training on July 16. In his presentation, “How to Build Your Core Team for Church Revitalization and Pioneer Work,” we will learn how to become more intentional and fruitful in building a leadership team that works to transform the church and the community.
Pastor Lee graduated from Gateway Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree and is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree with an emphasis on Executive Leadership. In 2020 he began leading a declining congregation in LA, whose membership had shrunk to 12 members. The majority were seniors and first generation Hispanic. Since then, the church has found new energy, vision, and mission. It is growing and becoming very diverse.
