Tom’s work involves bringing leaders together to start and grow flourishing congregations and partnerships.

Before being called to regional ministry, Tom served for 21 years as the Associate Pastor for Equipping Ministries and Mission at Geneva Presbyterian Church in Laguna Hills.

Currently, Tom provides staff support to the Generative Catalyst Team, Strategic Coordinating Team and Staff Relations. His responsibilities include executive leadership for partnerships and networks, congregational revitalization, new worshipping communities, media development and communication. Tom loves to spend time with his family and friends, cook and grill, read, travel, exercise, and play golf.

Tom lives with his wife, Jan, in Mission Viejo. Their daughters are recent graduates from U.C. Berkeley and Columbia University.
