Westmont College is pleased to announce Frontiers, a new program designed to help pastors thrive in the long obedience of their ministry. Supported by the Lilly Endowment and offered free of cost to eligible ministry professionals, Frontiers is a yearlong opportunity to build authentic peer relationships, to enjoy spiritual and intellectual rejuvenation through retreat, and to receive mentoring from those further down the path. We offer two tracks, designed for pastors in different seasons of ministry. New Frontiers is for those who are developing a vision for their ministry; participants in this track will typically be early in their pastoral careers. Next Frontiers is for those seeking to successfully navigate career transitions; participants in this track will typically be further along in their professional lives.
