Preacher formation is vital to our ministry and a key component of our call as we biblically proclaim the love and grace of Jesus Christ. Enhancing our preaching craft is essential for our congregations and in our collaborative missional vision.
If you are a preacher in the Presbytery of Los Ranchos this underground preaching lab is for you.
Participants can expect to leave the event challenged, affirmed, and recharged for the preaching task in the weeks and months to come. Each participant will walk away with fresh ideas and challenging insights as well as a working template to build a sermon series on Trust.
To participate each preacher must read Tokens of Trust by Rowan Williams, in preparation for event. The preaching lab will use the material in Token’s of Trust, to develop a preaching series on trust.
Seasoned and dynamic preachers, Jerry Tankersely and Candie Blankman, will facilitate 
the discussion with depth and clarity. The working lab will tease out the best from participant’s wisdom, ideas, and convictions.
