This meeting will present contemporary palliative care and care for end-of-life. Intended for Clergy and Faith leaders, Parish Nurses, MFTs, LCSWs and Clinicians that work in the field of Palliative Care. The program will focus on issues faith leaders may encounter as they care for ill and dying members of their community and their families.
The cost of the program is $25, which includes breakfast, luncheon and a program syllabus.
